National Instruments provides test and measurement instrument sales, calibration services, equipment rental, technical training, and related consulting services through this Site and offline channels. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

We make every effort to display accurate product specifications, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site are error-free. Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment terms are Net 30 for approved corporate accounts or prepayment for new customers. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Calibration services are performed in accordance with our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited procedures. Calibration certificates document measured values and associated uncertainties. We do not guarantee that instruments will meet original manufacturer specifications after calibration if underlying hardware faults exist.
Products sold by National Instruments carry the original manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Our repair services carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service at issue.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of National Instruments or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
